About the Event
Start Time: Sunrise
First Class: SUNRISE YOGA
Arrive at least 15 minutes before sunrise so you can make your yoga space ideal for just for you. We will be respecting safe distance during all the activities. This class will be a guided energy and breathing meditation class perfect for beginners
Second Class: GROUP CLASS at 10 AM
This will be a guided meditation by instructor April Mur that will fill our hearts with peace with a united vision for equality and good health.
Third Class: SUNSHINE YOGA at 10:30 AM
Experience a gentle mind-body reset with some conscious breathing exercises to prime the body for coherence. Next, we will move into our SIMPLE AND EASY yoga flow set. This class is so rewarding. It will bring balance to your body while calming and focusing your mind.
You will be learning how to calm your mind aka meditating, with 3 easy steps.
